FiiO timmert hard aan de weg de laatste tijd, iets waar de E9 het beste voorbeeld van is. Deze E9i heeft een aansluiting voor een iPod aan de bovenkant. Ideaal dus!

De FiiO E9i werkt als een gewone hoofdtelefoonversterker. Voorzien van twee aansluitingen aan de voorkant, een 3,5mm minijack en een 6,3mm jackplug, dus voor elk type koptelefoon. FiiO is hierbij wel zo attent geweest om de kleine 3,5mm aansluiting 5 dB te dempen, zodat ook in-ears perfect te gebruiken zijn. De kwaliteit is uitstekend, beter dan ooit zelfs! De E9i heeft genoeg power om de zwaarste koptelefoons aan te sturen, zonder daarbij aan controle te verliezen.
